Trisha HR Services LLP ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how we protect it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

- Job applications: your name, email address, phone number and resume.
- Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, company and message.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type, used for security and spam prevention.
- Analytics: anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
How we handle resumes
Your resume is sent directly and securely to our recruitment team's mailbox. It is not stored on this website or in its database. A record of the application (name, contact details and the job applied for, without the resume) is kept for up to 180 days for audit purposes and then automatically deleted.
How we use your information
- To assess your application and contact you about suitable roles.
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To protect the website against abuse.
Sharing
We share candidate details with prospective employers only in connection with roles you have applied for or agreed to be considered for. We do not sell personal data.
